Standard Shipping
The well-made product is not enough, until and unless it reaches the hands of our precious customer at the given time. Timely deliveries are our specialty.
Our standard lead time is typically between 2 and 4 weeks, encompassing both production and shipping. We strive to expedite this process whenever possible, often completing and shipping orders within 1-2 weeks, depending on the current workload. Once your canvas print is ready, it is shipped within 24 hours from our warehouse, with a notification sent to your registered email upon shipment. Orders shipped from either our USA or India warehouse, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days to reach your address. You can track the status and location of your shipment using the provided tracking number.
Handle with care
Packaging: In order to handle canvas prints properly, we use soft, resilient packaging that absorbs vibrations and protects your product. They have to be handled with precision, as they are susceptible to breakage during transit. Additional cushioning is included to prevent shifting in the box and maintain the product’s integrity during shipping.
Transparency between seller and buyer
Track your order: If you have not received your order, If your shipment is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please use the tracking number provided to check the status. If you encounter any issues, contact our customer service during office hours from Monday to Saturday. Have your order number and tracking number ready for assistance in tracking your shipment and obtaining accurate information.

Damaged or lost parcels: In the event of a damaged item, photograph the damaged item and courier label, then email the pictures and order information to our customer service. Do not forget to submit an opening video of the parcel to confirm that it is found damaged when reached. For lost parcels, contact our customer service with your order details to initiate an investigation with the courier. Based on the findings, we will provide a suitable resolution, such as repair, reprint, or replacement.
Ensuring timely delivery: While we make every effort to deliver orders promptly, external factors beyond our control may cause delays. To ensure timely delivery, we recommend placing orders well in advance (15–20 days) before your event. This allows sufficient time for processing and delivery, ensuring you receives your item in advance of the scheduled event.
Fulfillment Deliveries:
We Nutra Store is not responsible for third party delivery delays, lost packages, or damage due to the delivery partner. It will provide a tracking number when available, but it is up to the seller to track down or contact local postal service to track any lost or delayed packages. Lost packages are the responsibility of the user.
Door-to-Door Shipping Service:
We offer a convenient door-to-door shipping service, ensuring your order is delivered directly to your doorstep. We do not utilize pick-up points or deliver orders to nearby businesses to minimize shipping costs
Cash on Delivery:
Please note that we do not offer cash on delivery services. Full payment is required at the time of ordering. An order confirmation email will be sent only upon receipt of complete payment. Partial payments are not accepted, and orders cannot be processed until full payment is made.
Customs Fees:
For international shipments, any custom fees imposed by your country or state are your responsibility. Our courier partner will provide details of any custom fees levied by tax authorities and furnish you with the necessary receipts. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
